Preparation

Warm the falafels & make the pita chips

  • Tear the falafels and pita into bite-size pieces.

  • In a large pan, heat a drizzle of oil on medium.

  • Add the falafels and pita. Cook, turning often, 4 to 6 min., until warmed through and crispy; season with ⅓ of the za'atar.

  • Meanwhile, roughly chop the lettuce.

  • Thinly slice the radishes.

Make the salad

  • In a medium bowl, combine the vinaigrette and remaining za'atar.

  • Add the lettuce, radishes and salad topper; toss well.

Plate your dish

  • Divide the salad between your plates.

  • Top with the falafels and pita chips. Bon appétit!
