BBQ Maple-Glazed Chicken Caesar Burgers
with Nut & Seed-Topped Salad
Caesar can go anywhere and do anything! For backyard burgers par excellence, tuck some crunchy salad with that distinctively creamy, garlicky dressing under the buns. For even more delectable results, brush the chicken with sweet maple syrup while it sizzles.

- 285g Canadian-raised chicken fillets (air chilled)
- 100g Radishes
- 1 Head of lettuce
- 15ml Maple syrup
- 60ml Caesar vinaigrette
- 25g Nuts & Seeds salad topper
- 2 Artisan hamburger buns
- 8g Ancho Pepper & Whisky spices (salt, paprika, whisky flavour, ancho pepper, dextrose, onion, chili powder, garlic, yeast extract, black pepper, canola oil, cellulose fiber, Cayenne pepper, citric acid, mustard, cumin)

BBQ (or pan)

Preparation

Grill the chicken
- Heat the BBQ on high (or pan on medium-high), making sure to oil the grill first.
- Pat the chicken* dry; season with the spices and S&P.
- Add to the BBQ (or pan) and grill, brushing with the maple syrup halfway, 2 to 3 min. per side, until cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate.

Make the salad
- Meanwhile, slice the radishes.
- Chop the lettuce.
- In a medium bowl, combine the lettuce, radishes, salad topper, vinaigrette and S&P.

Grill the buns
- Add the buns, cut-sides down, to the BBQ (or pan) and grill, 1 to 2 min., until warmed through.

Plate your dish
- Divide the bun bottoms and ½ the salad between your plates.
- Top each bun bottom with the chicken, remaining salad and a bun top. Bon appétit!
